Currently, we are running a limited-time offer for Free Shipping within the US.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your curious little explorer's toys are on their way.

We offer Expedited Shipping (3–5 days) and Standard Shipping (5–10 days) to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your Jagsy Joy adventure right to your doorstep.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right for you and your little one.
